LKPB Engineers, Inc. congratulates Rob Lowe on his 3-month anniversary!

 

Rob Lowe joined LKPB Engineers, Inc. as an associate and mechanical project manager back in May 2018 with more than 32 years of experience in the design of plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC systems.  Rob is a licensed professional engineer in both mechanical and fire protection disciplines and specializes in healthcare, education, historic restoration, and government/ municipal facilities.  He has been involved in the design of more than 30 public works facilities throughout Minnesota.  Rob also has been involved in LEED certified projects, from Silver to Platinum, including the Minneapolis Hiawatha Maintenance Facility which is LEED Platinum Certified.  Continually, Rob pushes breakthrough innovation on one of LKPB’s largest projects – the St. Louis Park Public Schools High School and Middle School Renovation.

 

Rob graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering with honors in 1986 and is a licensed professional engineer in five distinct states.  He has worked on a wide variety of projects across the country covering hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and health related industries, including Marriott hotels in Phoenix, Arizona, hospital/healthcare in Henderson, Nevada, an assisted living facility in Pontiac, Illinois, and a water park in Watertown, South Dakota.  He has worked extensively with Hennepin County Medical Center, was the mechanical engineer for the Vadnais Heights Community Center-Fire Station-Public Works complex, and was part of the design team for the new St. Louis Park outdoor ice arena.

 

Rob has developed a reputation for having a strong work ethic and a commitment to creating positive client relationships through a constructive design approach and consistently exceeding client expectations.  He is known for his innovative design solutions to client aspirations and for working to create a team approach to project implementation.
