Ho-Chunk Tribal Wellness Center

The Ho-Chunk Tribal Wellness Center was designed to serve as a clinic, community and recreational center for the Ho-Chunk Tribal member families. The spaces within include a medical and dental clinic, social services, youth services, business offices, child care, multipurpose gymnasium with lap, leisure, spa and therapy pools, track, exercise facilities, locker rooms, kitchen and lobby. The entire facility encompasses 115,000 SF.

LKPB provided complete M/E services including HVAC, plumbing, pool area cooling and humidity, general purpose lighting and control, emergency egress and exit lighting, power distribution, data/telephone raceway system, site flood lighting, pool deck drains, and pool water heaters.
