The Royal Credit Union's Corporate Center is a four-story office building headquarters. The project included executive offices and board room on the top floor, training rooms, cafeteria, a 12,000 SF call center, and surface parking for 368 cars. A 10,000 SF IT support area with a 1,200 SF data center has UPS, 24/7 cooling, raised floor, and pre-action dry sprinkler. Extensive A/V capabilities were designed for the community room, and the project also included a custom highlighted corporate logo at top levels and at the front entry. For peak demand control, a 1250 KW diesel generator was necessary.

One of the goals the owner targeted was to create an employee friendly environment. The facility accommodations include: fitness center, training room, quiet room, community room and cafe. The building also has community and conference rooms open for use by the public.
