This $14 million design-build project is the first LEED Gold tower in the Normandale Lakes Office Park. Tenants appreciate the many energy saving design features such as
daylight harvesting in perimeter spaces and ramp lighting occupancy sensor controls that turn off 2/3 of the bulbs when no activity is in the ramp.
